Are your leads scrubbed against the Do Not Call list?Each month our leads are scrubbed against the FTC and State Attorney General Do Not Call lists. At the time of purchase, all consumer sales leads with phone numbers are privacy-compliant. Over time, people may add themselves to the Do Not Call list and it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to remove these names before calling. To learn who has added himself or herself to the Do Not Call list, you should register for a Subscription Account Number (SAN#). Are your leads privacy-compliant? What is the difference between Consumer Lists and Occupant Lists?Consumer Lists allow you to use demographic and psychographic filters to reach your best prospects, and are addressed to a specific individual within the household. Occupant Lists are addressed to the ‘Current Resident' and are appropriate when you want to reach or saturate every household within a geographic area, without the use of demographic filters. View our listing of available Database Selects. How long does it take to get my list?Lists are delivered within 24 hours, typically within 30 minutes during normal business hours (9am-6pm EST). After completing your order online you will first receive an order confirmation email with your order ID. This is your receipt. Shortly after you will receive a second email, the order fulfillment email, which will contain the links to download your list. I can't find the leads I'm looking for online. Can I save my quotes, counts and searches?Yes we recommend saving your quotes, counts and searches. Within the order flow, simply click the “Save Search” button. Complete a short form and you'll immediately receive an email with your free quote plus a link to retrieve your count so you can always pick up right where you left off. What is the difference between single use versus multiple use?A one-time use of our mailing lists means you may only use the list one time. With unlimited use, you may use the direct mailing list as many times as you like for one year. After one year, you may continue marketing to anyone who responded to your campaign or who became a client of yours. Those individuals however who never responded to your campaign, you may no longer contact. In order to contact those individuals after one year, you would need to re-order the list. We recommend you do this anyway because over the course of the year, the list will change. Some of these changes are due to NCOA updates, while others may have asked not to be contacted. Fresh leads will furthermore become available. To maximize the deliverability of your lead generation campaign, it's important that you use the freshest available list. Please note with Occupant Lists, you may only order for a one-time use or two-time use of the list. The cost will be added to your order. Within the online order process you simply check the box and choose the number of sets of printed labels you require. PricingHow much do your mailing lists and sales leads cost?The price of the targeted prospect list depends on the categories you use to compose your list, the quantity of prospects that you desire, and how many times you plan to use the list. Please see our pricing chart (reflects the price for a one-time use of the mailing list, i.e., can use the list only once). What is the minimum order?All online orders have a minimum cost, including any discounts, of $50.00. All offline orders have a minimum cost, including any discounts, of $100.00. How can I pay? What credit cards do you accept?We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. What is your return policy? What if I get back a higher than expected amount of mail?Orders may be cancelled within five business days with a cancellation fee of $5 per 1000 names with a $25 minimum. Orders may not be cancelled after five business days. Hold onto all returned mail pieces. Provided that your mailing consists of at least 500 pieces and is mailed out within 30 days of your order, USADATA will refund you for the price of the name and half the postage for each returned piece above the guaranteed delivery rate. We reserve the right to ask you to ship us the returned pieces (at our expense) prior to a credit being issued. Is there a monthly fee to use your website?No, there is never a monthly fee or subscription fee to use our website. What is a Subscription Account Number (SAN#)? Why do I need one? How do I get one?If you are using our specialty telemarketing lists to contact consumers, it is your responsibility to remove individuals who appear on the Do Not Call list before calling them. If you do not do this, you risk the possibility of a fine for each person contacted who is currently on this list. To find out who is on the Do Not Call List, you will need to register for a Subscription Account Number (SAN#). USADATA moreover removes all consumers who request that their name be removed from its database and assists them in getting their name removed from compiled databases (see below: How do I remove my name from your list?) All clients requesting sensitive selection options for a prospect list must submit their mail piece for Compliance review prior to receiving any leads from USADATA. How do I remove my name from your list?If you wish to no longer receive unsolicited mail, we recommend you contact the Direct Marketing Association's Mail Preference Service, the official mail preference service for the Direct Marketing and Catalog communities. Here you will be able to complete a form and your name will be removed from thousands of databases simultaneously. Each month list providers scrub their database against this file to make sure they respect the privacy. To remove your name from just our direct mailing lists, please email us with your name and full address. We will add you to our suppression file and will not rent your name to any other client. |
